ZIMRA Tax Notices tracks Zimbabwe Revenue Authority filing deadlines, tax notices, and compliance dates so that accountants, finance teams, and business owners never miss a submission.
What we track
- PAYE — Monthly payroll tax remittance deadlines (due 10th of each month)
- VAT — Monthly and quarterly VAT return deadlines for registered operators (due 25th)
- Corporate Tax — Quarterly provisional tax payment dates (25 Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec)
- Withholding Tax — WHT remittance on contracts, dividends, royalties, and fees
- Excise Duty — Monthly returns for manufacturers and importers of excisable goods
- Customs — Tariff schedule changes and import duty notices
- Annual Returns — Individual (30 April) and corporate (30 June) annual filing dates
Deadline colour coding
- Red — Less than 7 days remaining. Urgent action required.
- Amber — 7–14 days remaining. Plan your submission.
- Green — More than 14 days remaining. On track.
Data source
All notices are sourced from official ZIMRA publications, press releases, and the ZIMRA e-services portal. We monitor ZIMRA's website daily for new notices and update our tracker within 24 hours of publication.
Update frequency
Data is reviewed and updated daily. Subscribers receive email alerts when new notices are published and reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before each deadline.
